Intercultural Assessment
Intercultural assessment is the use of research-validated instruments to give insights on your intercultural competency. Most tools consist of an online assessment paired with some kind of group or individual debriefing. Penn State's Global Engagement team is certified to facilitate three intercultural assessment tools:
- Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)
- Cultural Intelligence (CQ)
- Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICS)
Penn State Global Engagement staff work with you to find the right tool for your needs and facilitate the assessment and debriefing process.
