Welcome to Penn State Global! Our office serves as the hub for global engagement at Penn State, advancing the university’s global reach and impact. We provide support for international students and scholars, programming and support for global learning, and facilitate international partnerships and other connections. Penn State Global works across the university with faculty, staff, and students as well as external partners to address global challenges via education, research, and outreach.

Penn State Global is committed to working with all members of the Penn State community to incorporate global perspectives in their work, studies, and activities. Therefore, we provide a comprehensive range of international and intercultural opportunities and connections for Penn State faculty, staff, and students through programming, partnerships, support structures, and our expertise.

Structure

Penn State Global is an academic affairs support unit under the Provost comprised of the Office of the Vice Provost and its sub-units - International Student and Scholar Advising, Global Learning, Global Partnerships, Global Initiatives and Operations, Marketing and Communications, and International Development and Alumni Relations. Together, we serve over 3,000 students who study abroad each year; more than 9,000 international students enrolled at Penn State; and the faculty and staff who support them all.
