Penn State Education Abroad Scholarships

The following scholarships are offered through the Education Abroad Office for students studying on approved Penn State programs. Penn State students participating in officially sponsored Education Abroad programs are eligible.

Countries Eligible for the Whole World Scholarship

Approved programs in the following regions are all eligible for the Whole World Scholarship:

• Sub-Saharan Africa
• Asia
• Latin America & Caribbean
• Middle East & North Africa

Some countries in Europe are also eligible for the Whole World Scholarship:

• Croatia
• Czech Republic
• Greece
• Hungary
• Poland
• Russia
