About the Program

Consider participating in the Foundations of Experiential Digital Global Engagement (EDGE) program!

This provost endorsement is open to all faculty who wish to develop an EDGE collaborative project – whether you are new to EDGE or you simply want to strengthen existing projects.

Discover the transformative potential of EDGE as you adapt an existing syllabus to include EDGE learning objectives, tasks, and assignments, and create an EDGE action plan.

Learn how to design EDGE projects that promote meaningful cross-cultural engagement, collaborative problem solving, and intercultural learning experiences, considering factors such as cultural diversity, technological affordances, and disciplinary relevance.

  • Attend the two required EDGE Provost Endorsement meetings
  • Attend an EDGE Research Toolkit workshop OR meet one-on-one with Dr. Laura Cruz, research professor
  • Complete an EDGE action plan
  • Submit an evaluation form

Participation is limited to the first TEN applicants. Please complete the registration form [LINK NEEDED] to secure your spot in the first cohort!
