Go Abroad… Again!
You’re back from abroad, but your global experience doesn’t have to end there. With proper planning, you can study abroad again, or intern, or research! You may consider yourself a seasoned education abroad veteran at this point, but there is still much to be done to prepare for your next adventure.

For Your Consideration:
Length of Program
- Remember, Education Abroad programs come in all different lengths.
- If you went on a short-term embedded program for a few days, you might consider a 4-8 week summer program.
- If you went on a summer program, consider a semester or even a year abroad.
The Road Less Traveled
Half of U.S. university students who study abroad do so in the U.K., Western Europe, or Australia. Think about expanding your experience – and your mind – by studying abroad in a non-traditional location this time around:
- Asia
- Sub-Saharan Africa
- The Middle East & North Africa
- Eastern Europe
- Latin America & Caribbean
You’ll also have more scholarship opportunities available to you.
Other Opportunities: Intern, Teach, Volunteer, Work

Post-Graduate Opportunities
Your global experience doesn’t have to stop after you study abroad as an undergraduate. There are limitless opportunities to further your role as a global citizen beyond graduation and explore what the world has to offer. The world is waiting for you.
