University Sponsored Group Travel (Non-Academic)

Faculty/staff leading a student group on a non-credit trip abroad will work with the Office of Risk Management and Student Activities. All non-credit international group travel must be approved in advance by the associate dean or director of academic affairs of the sponsoring Penn State college or campus and by the Office of Risk Management. Risk management review is obtained by completing the Group Travel Information: University Sponsored in the Travel Safety Network. Separate risk management review is required for each successive implementation.

On rare occasions the University will sponsor an international outreach group for International Travel.
