Studies show the academic and social benefits of participating in orientation programs. Faculty members and advisers see a marked difference in the preparedness and success of students who have participated in orientation.
This is the official page for the University Park campus Fall GRADUATE International Student Orientation. Fall Graduate International Student Orientation will take place in a hybrid model with virtual and in-person opportunities. The dates for in-person Graduate ISO will be August 12-14. The virtual Graduate ISO sessions will take place August 13-14. Students will be able to choose whether they would prefer to attend Graduate ISO in-person or virtually. Students are also invited to complete the Graduate School’s virtual orientation program before the start of the spring semester. Several of the self-paced modules will have a specific focus on international student concerns.

Students will be able to choose whether they would prefer to attend Undergraduate ISO in-person or virtually. The dates for both in-person and virtual Undergraduate ISO will be August 16-20.
