iStart Troubleshooting Tips

If you receive an error when using iStart:

  • Do not replace login credentials with your Penn State credentials.  Login credentials are automatically populated when you click the link within the email and are unique to the request. 
  • Use an incognito/private window.
  • Use another browser. (Firefox or Chrome)
  • Clear your browser’s history from the beginning of time. Important: Close all open browser windows, then click the link from the email again.
