iStart Troubleshooting Tips
If you receive an error when using iStart:
- Do not replace login credentials with your Penn State credentials. Login credentials are automatically populated when you click the link within the email and are unique to the request.
- Use an incognito/private window.
- Use another browser. (Firefox or Chrome)
- Clear your browser’s history from the beginning of time. Important: Close all open browser windows, then click the link from the email again.
