Embedded Course Proposal Deadlines
Embedded programs are largely managed by individual academic units. There may be additional considerations or timelines required by your College or Campus that you will need to consider. Program development can take well over a year and those considering developing a new program should consult the Program Development Checklist with the recommended timeline, prior to proposing the program with Education Abroad. The following timeline details the required steps for Education Abroad.
Embedded courses should follow the program timelines listed below in order to ensure that planning remains on track, students have sufficient time to prepare, and Penn State Global can review itineraries and rosters in detail. Please note that the following deadlines are earlier than previous years, in order to allow for more extensive review and preparation.
