Reviewing Student Applications

The student selection protocol is intended to be used by departmental faculty and staff who have been approved to review applications for Education Abroad programs. Please direct questions to Dr. Kristi Wormhoudt, Associate Director for Education Abroad.

Overview & Guidelines

Academic quality is an important component of any Education Abroad program, and students should select a program that will enrich their collegiate studies. The Education Abroad office encourages students to work closely with both their academic adviser and Education Abroad adviser before, during, and after studying abroad to ensure all academic matters are handled properly.

Do's and Don'ts

To review applications you can locate the name of a student under a program category/location and read all the requirements for their Education Abroad (EA) application.  For further instructions on how to use the software and locate students, please see Using the Application System.

Using the Application System to Review Students

To learn how to review students' Education Abroad applications, please follow the directions on this page. Note that you must be designated as a reviewer by Education Abroad to receive proper permissions in the system.
